This tool is known by a variety of names: burdizzo, emasculatome, ball-snipper, emasculator - the list goes on. It's actually used to castrate cattle, lambs, and goats. The size of this one indicates it was probably used on cattle. It's interesting to note that some individuals have used an emasculator to lower testosterone levels - against medical advice, of course.
