This month's mystery item is a wire twister. It can be used for several purposes, but it's most often used to secure rebar. This is the most basic version of the tool, with many modern versions employing a Yankee-push-pull mechanism or electricity (e.g., specialized bits for drills). With this version, the twisting is accomplished by the user rotating his wrist, resulting in the hook turning, thereby twisting the wire.
